To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lushme Connect and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lushme Connect and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your content, your conduct, your interactions with other users, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
