1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Termify, a professional terminology learning application designed to enhance your vocabulary in specialized fields including aviation, cybersecurity, finance, healthcare, engineering, and other professional domains. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Termify mobile application ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and BipBoo Developers ("we," "us," or "Company"), the provider of the Termify application. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

Effect of Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BipBoo Developers is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
